St. Mary's Annual Meeting
Sunday, February 2
following the 10 am service
Each winter, the congregation gathers to do the administrative work of the parish - we receive the budget and elect members to serve on the vestry and boards, and representatives to the Deanery and to Diocesan Convention. We also celebrate our community in our own unique way, honoring recipients of the annual Heart of St. Mary's Award and auctioning off parking spots and a toilet seat. (Toilet seat?! 2025 Annual Meeting Election Information
This year we will be electing Vestry members to the following positions:
- Junior Warden
- Adult Christian Formation
- Early Childhood Ministries
- Growth and Communications
- Outreach Ministries
- Youth Ministries
We will also be electing Deanery Representatives, who will also serve as our Delegates to Diocesan Convention; Alternates in the case that some Delegates are unable to attend the Convention; and members of the Thomas Center and Playschool Boards.
