St. Mary's Annual Meeting

Please note that there will be no 8 am or 4 pm services the day of Annual Meeting
Each winter, the congregation gathers to do the administrative work of the parish - we receive the budget and elect members to serve on the vestry and boards, and representatives to the Deanery and to Diocesan Convention. We also celebrate our community in our own unique way, honoring recipients of the annual Heart of St. Mary's Award and auctioning off parking spots and a toilet seat. (Toilet seat?! Yes - come and see!)
2024 Annual Meeting Election Information
This year we will be electing Vestry members to the following positions:
- Senior Warden
- Caring Ministries
- Children's Christian Formation
- Community-Building Ministries
- Stewardship Development
- Youth Ministries
- Worship
We will also be electing:
- Deanery Representatives, who will also serve as our Delegates to Diocesan Convention;
- Alternates in the case that some Delegates are unable to attend the Convention;
- and a member of the Thomas Center Board
